Directions to Slocum Twp Vol Fire Co.:
From I-81: Take the Nuangola Exit
North (from Hazleton): At the top of the exit ramp, make a left, pass the Penn Dot salt shed.You will be on Church Road and will pass Rice Elementary on your right.
South: (from Wilkes-Barre): At top of Ramp, turn left and then right at the next stop sign (at the Penn Dot salt shed)You will be on Church Road and will pass Rice Elementary on your right.

At the 4 way stop, make a right.  Appx 1/2 mile you will pass a tree farm on the right and another 1/2 mile bear left onto Slocum Road (You will not have a stop sign, but will have to cross traffic - please be careful as it is somewhat blind to oncoming traffic)

Follow Slocum Road appx 4 miles or so to the next stop at Slocum Corners and go straight.  Almost immediately afterward, Slocum Twp. Vol. Fire Co. will be on your left.

From 309: Bear right onto South Main Road by Triangle Pharmacy. At "Yuppie Puppie" make a right onto Nuangola Road and follow to the stop sign at the end (you will pass the new Ice Lakes development)  - appx6 miles? At the stop sign, make a right and you will go over I-81 and will pass the Penn Dot salt shed on your left.You will be on Church Road and will pass Rice Elementary on your right.

From Nescopeck and Berwick:
Cross the bridge into Nescopeck. Continue on Route 93 through Nescopeck. Right over the RR tracks and just past Pollock's Pizza, bear to the left onto route 239 toward Wapwallopen before going up the hill. Follow route 239 past Hellers Orchard and appx 2 miles past Hellers, make a right onto Ruckle Hill Road (Follow the sign for Council Cup Campground). Follow Ruckle Hill Road appx 4 miles into Slocum Township and Ruckle Hill Road will become Slocum Road. Roughly 4 miles from the township line, the firegrounds will be on your right.

From Shickshinny:
Follow 239 into Mocanaqua and through the "Narrows". Make a left onto Ruckle Hill Road. (Follow the sign for Council Cup Campground). Follow Ruckle Hill Road appx 4 miles into Slocum Township and Ruckle Hill Road will become Slocum Road. Roughly 4 miles from the township line, the firegrounds will be on your right.
